I’ve been a fully-certified Coaching Professional since 2004, helping my clients at Corning, SunChemical and BP achieve their business goals. 

 

The Calling:  I have always been a person that people felt comfortable confiding in with their problems.  I understood them because I struggled with similar problems, one of which was a healthy sense of self-worth.  This was an obstacle for me and prohibited me from being the change agent I wanted to be.  However, one thing I was sure of was that I had the gift of connecting with people in a deep way.  When I realized the biggest problem in manufacturing was a lack of understanding of the innate value people bring (including my own), it became hard to continue to contribute to helping companies save $MM because it was like ignoring the elephant in the room and leaving $MM on the table because we would self sabotage our results with our beliefs. 

 

All of a sudden, it seemed like I was being a fake and a coward.  Like there was a calling I avoided answering.

 

The Answer:  I left my career and became a Certified Life Coach, and my life changed forever.  It is through that work that I decided to start my own business, but I struggled to keep one foot in the technical and manufacturing door and life coaching.  My engineering, analytical mind took over, and that slowed me down in terms of progressing my business at the pace I wanted.  Then I had a light bulb moment on one of my coaching calls!  I decided to teach people how to find what is it within themselves that is capable of amazing feats to create the transformative results in their lives that would be sustainable over time.  I take concepts applied to changing lives and show them how to leverage that transformation to improve outcomes in other aspects of their lives, like their jobs.  Ironically, when one area changes, so does the other.  They compliment each other, and no other tool, process, method or framework can beat the 'be better' movement in driving awareness, change and results.

I've never looked back, because there is no greater purpose than to know that I am helping as many people as possible, to help as many people as possible create a significant, positive impact in the world.
