"Be Better" is a movement, not a strategy or a plan. At Estrella Results Coaching LLC, our mission is built on a strong belief:

"Be Better" is a 1: 1 coaching and personal development experience with the founder, who is a transformation expert with over 20 years of experience tailored to your needs.

Our methods enable you to understand your mind and its unconscious limitations, which prevent you from having a significant impact. We start with self-awareness, and then show you how to use your own growth to achieve amazing business results.

Think of "Be Better" as a gym for the mind, where the muscle you build is analogous to the resulting improvements in your business. You will know which mental muscles you want to grow, and we will tailor a plan to achieve this. You create a daily routine that allows you to quickly see the underlining barriers. You will use business stretch goals not only to see what you are capable of, but also to see how you have grown to reach them. Mission

I believe "Better People Build Better Businesses". In our lifetime, each of us has been given the opportunity to learn our unique human capacity and purpose, if we dare.

Research shows we thrive by the age of 5 by connecting, talking, playing, having a healthy home and community.

But what if we didn't have that experience by the age of five? It manifests in ways that negatively affect the way we interact, how we see ourselves and others - whether we are successful or not.

I'm on a mission to help small manufacturing businesses create a productive and engaging work environment with their employees, so they can flourish through self discovery. To create an environment where employees can thrive, not just survive, and have the best opportunity to dare to meet their full potential in a way that increases productivity, higher level thinking, self-accountability and self-fulfillment.

I want to create the opportunity for success and wealth for low to middle class families who work in manufacturing by ensuring the industry is successful and mental and emotional health is a priority.
